
I used to have a HelpDesk here.
I personally answered support tickets, questions about my products, and even just general questions or thoughts about marketing and internet business for years.
Eventually, it became too much work. My wife Wendy started helping, then we had a full-time assistant named Beatrice who helped too.
Before long, we had several folks in the Philippines answering questions as well…
And it still wasn't enough.
So I shut down this HelpDesk. I shut down most of my websites, too… and "fired" all my support people, because I was tired of "helping" people who were broke, frustrated, and angry at the world...
And I was done dealing with clients who wouldn't listen, or take action on the valuable information I shared with them.
Anyways, as much as I would like to hear from you, here's how things work now:

- Looking for a refund? If you bought one of the excellent training products we sell online, and you want a refund for some silly reason, you can email me at info [AT] staffordmarketing.com and I will immediately refund your money. No time-limit, no questions asked. That's always been our policy.
- Can't access your training? Email me at info [AT] staffordmarketing.com and we will get you your login details as quick as possible.
- Want to rant? If you're writing to tell me how broke you are, or how badly you've been screwed by some "guru" or internet hustler, please don't bother. No offense, but I've heard enough of these stories to last a lifetime, and they ruin my day.
